Gypsy Muse combines the talents of singer-songwriters Lana Sutton and Art Rahn:
Lana Sutton (songwriting, lead vocals, guitar) writes unapologetically honest autobiographical blues, rock and folk songs. She is influenced by her experience as a print, broadcast and online journalist, and from her days in Atlanta grunge bands in the '90s. A Chattanooga-based radio broadcaster, freelance writer, personal trainer and yoga instructor, her day jobs have been primarily in the news departments of TV and radio stations, newspapers and magazines.
Art Rahn (sound engineer, rhythm guitar, singer/songwriter) is an acoustic gypsy and technical prodigy, who avidly enjoys his freedom from single-track careers. The commercial airline pilot and former Georgia Tech electrical, aerospace and mechanical research engineer has written a "Rockets & Robots" curriculum that he teaches to gifted children in the summer. He is engineering Gypsy Muse's first CD, which will be available on MySpace in 2008.
